Johnny Carino's Chicken Scaloppini.

Ok, This is my all time favorite meal eaten in a restaurant. I have tried to re-create it in my own kitchen to miserable failure. The chicken is perfectly breaded. The lemon butter cream sauce is sooo good. The bacon and mushrooms mix with the lemon butter cream and fill your mouth with flavor. This is one of those dishes that every bite is better than the last. The first place I ate this was the Johnny Carino's in Athens, GA, so I always call the restaurant that. I later found that most of them are just called Carino's. Either way, if you have one near you, you have to try this dish.
