Chili's Honey-Chipotle chicken crispers.

I had these for the first time the other night when I went out with my wife. They looked great on the menu and I was in the mood for something new. My wife ended up spending most of the meal trying to sneak pieces of my chicken off the plate! The first impression when you put it in your mouth is the sweetness. I have a huge sweet-tooth and usually want a sauce to reflect that. This one was perfect. It's a thick honey type sauce that coats the chicken well.
Soon after the sweet, you get just a little kick when the Chipotle side surfaces. It's not so hot that it sends you running for water, which is good because I'm not a fan of hot food. It's just a little bit of heat to offset the sweet. All in all, it's a great dish and I would highly recommend it.
